Meiosis Project

For this project, you have a choice of doing:

1. Based on a prompt, create a 250 word story about meiosis.
2. Design a flagbook showing Meiosis I & Meiosis II.
3. Formulate a Punnett square for a fictional character or creature.

• Each choice is worth the same amount of points; all projects are individual projects.
• The learning goal is to explain “How do organisms grow, develop, and reproduce?” and, “Demonstrate an understanding of the genetic implications for sexual (meiosis) and asexual (mitosis) reproduction.”
• You have one day to plan, three class periods to work on your project, and the fifth class period will be presenting your project to the class.
